Only way I can see it realistically happening is if the secret guest is actually a big deal with a lot of pull that doesn't have much audience overlap with her and would attract new viewers to her channel. Even if her variety show is Kino of Kino, there's not enough time in the day after it for word to spread fast enough to get her the missing 15k before midnight I think.
