i was like 10 minutes trying to figure out how to say it...
you have to consider the millnial point of view (assuming she's one)... you (a mean, you zoomers) grow up in a world where everything is reachable... a cultural bubble in wich every single one of you grows up with virtuallly the same exposure to things.
we (and "we" i mean millenial nerds) were pretty much isolated at first... and the interwebs was our first contact with people we can sincronize our specific autism..
so my point is; what you see as "dorky GFE" for most of us rings the "we have color-match retardation, high five!" bell and want to follow the "girl being culturally cockbloked for years by her normie environment" and not the one "who says she loves me every 5 seconds"
