When the thread had another poll about half a year ago, like it had before, he changed his IP and voted 60+ times for transtubers because he was mad about there being another poll. He then voted a bunch for Yuno/Karin to blame it on her fans, then when that didn't work he voted up Clauvio/Haru to blame him.
However, the IP resetting and voting revealed he's from Turkey, so people laugh about that.
It doesn't matter too much now since with the changed OP polls wouldn't matter anymore, but he's still around and very identifiable.
