I've clipped out the relevant bits of Grimmi revealing that Seth is married to someone at Novel Horizons, and I've removed the BRB screen dead air from the second stream. From her own words in these clips, we know that:

Glitchless.gg, I think it's a safe bet to say that Seth runs the merch side of things and does not directly manage talents (through NH at least, we don't know to what extent MSM is still operating but we know from Tob that it does still operate). Though Seth being married to the head of talent management at NH still doesn't bode well considering his track record with the manipulation, impersonation, and harassment of his own talents at MSM as well as the doxing and blacklisting campaigns he's carried out against VTubers not under his umbrella.
