So I often eat greek yogurt with a banana and sometimes mix in strawberries or blueberries.
>peanut butterThis is also a great protein source. You can eat it on any granola bar and you're good to go, or you can eat it on a pancake or in a crepe with honey and it's so good. Or just on the spoon. Really helps with a bulk.
>tunaI used to eat so much canned tuna back in the day, my body is like 50% mercury at this point. Anyway, I would mix it with a few soft boiled eggs and let the yolk run over the tuna so its not too dry then I would eat it with an avocado toast on the side or on top of the avocado toast. So good, you put those salt flakes and pepper, on top and some chili flakes to finish it, so good for brunch. (You have to brush your teeth afterwards though or your breath will smell like tuna)
