AutismMix is a model mix derived from Pony. It has subjectively better image quality, but it's the same base model.
Illustrious is a newer model than Pony. Artists and vtubers are recognized by name and it doesn't have the weird dataset tagging issue that requires you to put "score_9, score_8_up", etc. in the prompt for good results. A lot of Pony loras work in Illustrious, but not all.
Animagine just released a newer model, so it has more recent stuff in its dataset than Illustrious. It generates images similar in quality to Illustrious, but it probably needs more finetuning to surpass it.
IMO - use Illustrious. I recommend MiaoMiao Harem v1.4
