The most striking is probably Shiori's but FWMC's rigging is just superior, plus Fuwawa's sideboobs will surely spawn some great fan art, so I'd put them on par. Not a big fan of Nerissa's general design and rig, and this outfit doesn't really do much to change my opinion.
