The proper average (usually called in this thread the "true average" to differentiate from this mean of peaks) is

Calculating the "mean of peaks" is silly because it has no significance whatsoever (and is impacted heavily by raids and bots) while the average is, well, the average number of people watching the streams in a certain period.
What you are doing is silly, AI will just hallucinate with this small dataset because, unless you feed it with every stream and explain what is a typical case and what's not, it can't possibly take any insight from a dataset in the dozens at most.
