Basically there's this character card called isekai world where it gives you the scenario where you're isekai'd and get a lewd crest, and you have to grow stronger by absorbing cum. Rather than roleplay with it myself I added a vtuber participant and make it roleplay. So far she's been railed by a fat bastard shopkeeper in exchange for gear and just had an encounter with goblins. It keeps trying to throw a minotaur at her but it doesn't make sense for it to just walk up to her in the middle of town.
