When people's cognitive resources are tasked to the max, whether focusing deeply or multitasking, then suddenly faced with another thing requiring their attention they may lash out in anger. I do that all the time while working. It's the "GO AWAY MOM I'M GAMING!" syndrome. I don't think there's anything to be done by the person that gets angry, they're already in a position where they're on the brink of doing too much. Well, perhaps one can notice they are closer to the anxiety end of the performance bell curve and ease up a bit, but doing introspection on top of everything is yet another task and not easy at all.
