>>69961589Yep! Eggs are especially good protein sources! Also I might've oversimplified it a little, because there are simple and complex carbs and how you cook them/their water content also matters. Any food carb that involves water has a higher satiety score, like oatmeal or porridge. Also whole grain pasta. Fish, oranges and apples are also good because they contain a lot of water, and orange does have some fiber. Steak is more filling than eggs but not by as much as you'd imagine.
