>>51818611Bad ones are just crispy balls of savory pancake batter with tiny bits of tako meat in it and you are mostly just tasting the sauce. Good ones are insanely good. Personally I actually like akashiyaki a little more despite it not being crispy. The fluffy texture is great with the chewy tako.
