She's never once made any sort of indication that reading superchats stresses her out (and has in fact stated the opposite on numerous occasions, especially relatively recently) besides simply acknowledging she's had a backlog to get through, which isn't indicative of anything, so I'm not sure why this is a line of conversation worth pursuing in the first place.
