Neuro just isn't capable of acting without Input. Solo Streams are just, in the most absolute of senses, Twitch Chat prompting a very customized ChatGPT model which is then connected to some toys like the polls that she can sometimes activate.
Neuro works great as a supporting character, she makes a good duo with a human being who actually DOES something and drives the conversation and can bounce off of her. She does not work well alone with just Chat.
