and it's not just bc either of those two are more skilled or talented in any regard than your average Holostar. it's because Cover and their management are totally incompetent losers! For a company who prides itself of a "separate but equal" approach, anyone can see the branch is only given enough to get by, it's pathetic. no networking, no advertising, no major brand deals, it makes me laugh. that mentality trickles down into their talents, who basically huddle together and whimper in their corner of their room, rarely daring to pick up the slack from their piss-poor management.
oh wait! i forgot: even if theoretically the perfect Holostar-a great singer, gamer, entertainer, manages to appeal to both male and female vtuber fans, and has a good design-existed, he's instantly nerfed by sitting under the shadow of Hololive, whose audience is largely uninterested and the connotations of their sister branch driving off females in droves! i really must thank Hololive fans for their passion such that my boys' throne is forever untouched.
in short, Holostars fans should really just give up at their big break and just start watching our good boys.
