Wanted to point out that Mumei finally ticked after 4 days, so whatever was powering her rapid sub growth has stopped but it still falls mostly in line with the rest of Council. We'll see if Mumei becoming active again marks a return to what was considered normal, or if it restarts whatever sub growth she was having during break
