Everyone knows it and everyone seeks out management because of it. If Geega of all people is very fucking happy in VShojo then I have to assume they're donig something right and whatever it is that Zen's conflicted about feels like it would be personal.
So yeah. Take a vacation, clear the head, get some real time off for a change of pace. Go to Japan or the fucking Swiss alps or something.
