She did say a couple of months ago that her Line contacts consist mostly of her mum, Anemachi, and Toko. Although since then she kinda implied she has three friends from school also on her Line; whether those are Lupinus, Ran and a third indie friend, who knows. It's perfectly possible all those indie friends are just online friends she may have never seen in real life, although with Lupinus and Ran she's been on a vacation together as she has with Toko and Chigusa.
In general, I think people assume that the Holos are way closer than most of them actually are. In this particular case though, there's a good chance Towa got all those messages because she's the team leader and they were intended for the whole team.
