Chances are very low she leaves anytime soon, but I don't think she could handle her workload increasing much further than it already has, and we already know what she'll choose to do if that ever happens. Thankfully she also probably could just opt out of anything not mandatory like Shion used to and keep cruising forever.
Anyway she reassured us multiple time in recent memory so there's no need to even talk about this again. Let's just be happy it's not our turn yet, I feel bad for other fans.
