I feel like Mumei is a bit of an odd choice to headline this complaint with desu. Aside from the converse looking shoes, and maybe the plaid section of the skirt, this looks like a pretty reasonable outfit to wear given Mumei's default. Like what she'd be wearing during a filler episode of some generic isekai.
Someone like Kronii or Polka would have made a stronger point.
