Even the first "streams" were pre-recorded radio shows. I might have shared this on 4chan too, though there was never any evidence that it was the case other than the absence of evidence to the contrary, so it's random anon was rambling shit level of rrat.
Since then she did actually start streaming live though, so at least from that point on the VA(s?) was clearly more involved in the content.
