Even if she went to Phase, that doesn't mean she can't do stuff with Yoro and the rest. She's not gonna forget about them just to play with Pippa more.
I doubt Shirayuri would get mad about it. It's not a case of being poached, she's limited right now, if she wants something a little bigger, it's waiting right there.
Sadly I think the only way she becomes a sad girl is if Shirayuri closes its doors. And that isn't happening any time soon, there's not a lot bad about them, it's just a 2view place.
