I blame Shondo. This is her fault and responsibility for choosing to use an anonymous messaging system to receive fan mail, for being so naive to not realize it would be abused, and for thinking that most messages wouldn't be mostly the same exact thing after a time.
The simps in her replies infantilizing her and being like "aww it's not your fault shonshon, people suck" are sickening. At least most replies are somewhat honest and are like "yeah I expected this, that's what you get for using Marshmallow, you asked for this and you got it".
