She's been coming across a lot of very new challenges in a very short time span without fully knowing how to deal with it. She also seems to be the type that gets very discouraged very quickly when things don't work out the way that she hoped it would and has trouble dealing with that as well. I think she really is doing her best, but this whole thing has been very overwhelming for this low energy, introverted girl.
