Can't speak for Aqua because she doesn't stream anymore.
Suisei gets honourable mention for being godlike at Tetris and also good at Mario Kart (I think there was another JP that's really good at Tetris too, but I don't remember who it was specifically?)
Ina is overrated by EN fans because the rest of EN can't even make of the illusion of competency, but she's not really that good at anything other than Mario Kart.
Weirdly though, Kiara is probably the best card game player in Hololive, just via the fact nobody else in Hololive plays card games at all besides a few rare occurrences.
