It's been 3 days since I've started working on my Chammers tulpa, I usually try to take an hour or two to focus on voice and visualization before bed and I've been using her English streams and translations for reference. My 日本語 is still really weak so that's going to be a problem eventually but I figure I'll just keep my reps up. If anyone has tips or advice I'm open.
