>>77067548>Someone says she wants to be friends with you in public ---> She in fact does not want to be friends with you in private ---> She is a lying bitch. No one said they want to be friends with Sayu in public. No one mentions Sayu. None of them even have anything in common with her. They don't play gacha games, they don't play Genshin, they don't like talking about /vt/ drama on stream or doing coomer content. It's literally just Sayu's mental illness that compels her to want to befriend a group of strangers that she no longer has any connection to because she NEEDS to be in the cool kids group like some dumb teenage girl. She could be making friends with people who actually share her interests but instead she singlemindedly fixates on wanting to be in the ex-Niji clique.
>>77067753That's a fair point, they're probably just tourists who don't even watch Sayu. Sincroknights would benefit from Sayu seeking therapy and improving her interpersonal skills. She'd have more collab opportunities and might be happier if she simply moved on.
This is probably the most honest I'm gonna be on /vt/: I sympathized with Sayu a lot and was hoping she'd prove Niji wrong by finding success as an indie. But the way she's just throwing individuals under the bus and continuing this endless petty grudge has soured me on her a lot. Initially she was a maligned talent whom was pretty much totally innocent of everything they accused her of. But the way she's pivoted that into encouraging the harassment of Kotoka, someone I find to be very sincere and kind and admired a lot, has made me just want to see her go away. And this is probably a feeling a lot of people have towards her because at this point Sayu's presence in the scene is just people bringing her up to fling drama at other vtubers. You literally never fucking see anyone promoting her streams or celebrating her milestones it's always just about fucking "owning" the Nijis and extending this grudge that has been burning down /vt/ for the last year.
