It has nothing to do with her charisma or talent.
It has everything to do with her ability to network and gain special support from key players within the industry. YouNow played a big role in her success, as well as being able to contact others within the industry to continue her rise in fame, specifically at YT/Twitch.
The people you think that are big because of charisma/talent aren't big because of that. It's a fantasy. It's also why Conner accidentally said the thing you aren't supposed to say outloud when talking to ironmouse and why her reply was "no comment".
The reality is that you can be super talented and have no success. You can also have zero talent and have very big success.
