I would simply change the chuubas from being the direct incarnation and total controller of elements. To the mascot character of the elements. Like how gura has bloop, Time has kronii. And all these mascots get together and have a fun little chuuni council where they pretend they are all powerful. they can still have influence and even some control over the respective elements, and can even stay pretty much the same characters. Fana can still be a loving mother nature type, without having to literally BE nature. shes nature’s cute little mascot.
