Mental Health Monday: I feel like I'm on top of things. I've got a journal where I write down things I enjoy or that make me happy, I am finding my niche and I'm more confident in myself and what I enjoy. I wish I was better at singing and I still get anxious and nervous during stream, but I'm learning how to cope with it before I spiral.
