Okay, the NijiJP channel uploaded ANOTHER mengen Ikeakuma interview. I’m pretty sure this is the last one.
>Reporter: Is there anything you’d like to do with the JP members?
Ike: He would jump at any opportunity to collab because it leads to unique dynamics/funny moments, it’s always fun even with the language barrier. He would love to do more big music project like the Nijimelody covers with livers from around the world.
>Amazing! That sounds fun!
>Vox, how about you?
Vox: It’s difficult for him to say because he hasn’t had a 1-on-1 collab with a JP liver. Has a “unique way” of learning languages but that isn’t the most ethical (I have no idea what he meant by that) but the most fun he’s had was the event he did with Chronoir. He says the JP livers are funny and inspiring and that they have done so much work to help Nijisanji blossom to where it is today, so he feels like he’s standing on the shoulders of the “giants” when he interacts with them. He has no specific projects in mind but he’s open for anything like doing a song.
>The two of you have been active for about two years, but do you still have any dreams as livers?
V: Wants to push for VTubers to be accepted by the mainstream, he thinks they have so much to offer and he wants to work on projects that capture the attention of new people and show them what VTubers are capable of. He also wants to push the limits of what VTubers can do in a creative sense compared to fleshtubers.
>What specifically would you like to do to push the limits?
V: He doesn’t want to give it away, but he wants to embody a story that can be told in a way that lets the audience interact directly with it, through his love for filmmaking. He wants the audience to get invested with every episode like it’s their favorite show, and get to spend time with the main character instead of just sitting around waiting for the next episode.
>What about you, Ike?
I: His goal is simpler; he wants to stand on a big stage in front of a crowd and perform, because when you perform all eyes are on you and you can shout at the audience and they’ll cheer back. It overwhelms him with an incredible energy and he wants to put on a show that people can look back on and remember fondly.
>You want to stand on a big stage, but is there one that makes you say “this one!”
I: Maybe the Budokan
>Wow, the Budokan! That would be super fun
I: He’ll do his best, he hopes maybe someday
>Thank you both for the interview!
V+I: Thank you!
