>>89643269I don't know if she's the strongest, but Mumei is really fucking good. Just focus on getting her main weapon fully upgraded and you can easily clear a lot of stages relying on just that alone. Also I haven't played too much with her yet, but Noel seems practically unkillable, since she has a skill that gradually increases her max HP over time.
