>>24106194I don't really know whether lending and interest is a bad thing in itself, but charging interest over money you don't own AND leveraging yourself(fractional reserve) while at it is the worst. It also enables this crazy market where a select few with access to cheap loans can buy everything while everyone else is forced to merely loan instead of owning property.
Landlords may be cunts but those who enable them are the real problem.
