Beatani's phenomenon here was a lot due to her interaction with this board early on, which leads to weeks of fun banter and back and forther between here and twitter, also she streamed 5 times a week while spending time on projects like the contest etc.
At some point, she said she wanted to reduce her twitter addiction, and started tweeting a bit less which people understood. Then she said "SNS mendokusai, blogpost only", but still often engaged on twitter, only with a handful of people who thanks to being very active early on with each other which twitter algo loves, were very visible to her.
Then she reduced her streaming to 3 times a week.
In the downtime, people having no stream to watch, watched her tweeting instead, but since she mostly focused on a few same viewers only, it made the mood gloomy and of course, some people jealous as they had for only content watching their fav vtuber doing fan service with a select few.
Finally (related or not to complaints), she said she really had no time at all and would stop using twitter expect for things like posting her streams or checking the tags, and unfollowed everyone.
People who treasured the initial interaction she gave the community, the feel of "one of us", expressed some concern/sadness, which made some people (mostly one guy) go apeshit saying they shouldn't complain at all and were trying to manipulate her etc, which spawned about 3 threads of back and forth between him and a others.
