I think fans are overreacting, but why are you trying to downplay it?
It really is weird that he would tag he out of nowhere instead of replying to one of her tweets, and it puts her in an awkward spot if she doesn't reply. If you really think it's about a simple "hi", why don't we see the same reaction for other times HoloEN and NijiEN have interacted?
