Basically you have to manually click off every single thing you don't actively care for. I did that when making this account but now as you can see I have lots of unrelated bullshit added back because Twitter automatically adds them based of what tweets you see/like, etc.
I assume Twitter adds Nijisanji in the package if you like Vtuber content so just be very autistic about the wording and toogle off anything suspicious
