Uhm I have to point out something, I see you're using Hello Kitty band-aids on the face of the character and want possible use it as vtubing background too, but Hello Kitty is owned and copyrighted by Sanrio. Even as indie you shouldn't reuse anything obvious from an existing company. A suggestion: You seem to be able to draw somewhat well judging on the model textures, maybe create an original kawaii mascot character to replace Hello Kitty, you even can use the same style and colors or whatever.
