Astel said before in menshi he no longer shares a manager with Roberu. And just now in his twitcast he said he now has the same manager as Izuru and they're working on more AsuIzu things.
On the down side, apparently this manager is so busy Astel is not sure his anniversary stream can be done as planned on the date. The song he planned to release for his anniversary also ran into some permissions issues so he's looking for a new one. I hope things work out for Seaweed.
