The coloring is kinda hard to get used to at first because like other anons said even aside from the resolution issues the coloring is very soft and makes her look like she's glowing since it lacks harder more defined lines. But that also seems very intentional with the style she's going for. Straight up looks like a queen from a shojo manga.
