more practical would be doing what she did to solve the stamina problem (which also lead to a dramatic boost in her ability to do everything, inc combat) is an equivalent constant enchantment which constantly heals her. but there's still a bunch of shit that'll just straight up oneshot her because her HP & armor are so shit. she'll probably realize a training arc is genuinely necessary at some point especially if she goes to mournhold. even aside from the endurance issue; she's still pretty lacking in willpower and intelligence.
the nice thing about morrowind though, is that you can always make whatever stupid shit you're doing with enough cunning and savvy. she's had some REALLY rewarding moments where she's had to fucking mcgyver a win out of whatever random shit she has in her pockets. and until she thinks she's at the point where she can't do that anymore i'll keep quite about what she """""should""""" be doing, because those are some of the most rewarding, fun experiences.
