I used to write long multiple-paragraphs posts unprompted, but that's mostly not going on anymore and for a bit now. If i start with it it's usually replying to other people starting with it to begin with, at which point i can't stay quiet in good conscience
For me it's just another thing i learned to be true, but just a mastery of opinion, so when i speak my entire worldview is centered around that; telling me to stop would be like telling shondo to stop talking about stuff from the perspective of a vtuber
So while i can avoid initiating, i can't just block it out: also the Bible literally talks about how we shouldn't hide our "light"(our faith/truth) under our "bed"(to ourselves/ our people(fellow believers)), but that we ought to place our light in a place where it can illuminate the room and other people; so that's basically my position on that
