Im the anon who does the monthly views/time charts, and i usually have to collect the twitch data more often because they love to delete vods or get banned to lose all the month before it.
I just stumbled on this to realize that shylily's numbers have suddenly been increased BY A FUCKING LOT.
twitchtracker and sulygnome i dont believe they save every single ccv register for public access after a month, but twitchtracker still saves the alltime graphs of monthly avg ccv; plus i have my vod views tables.
This is extremely suspicious, and is likely bots, but what's even stranger is that it is using some expensive ones, as usually the (cheap) bots boosts barely affect the vod views, if at all, as we've seen with nijien ones or the ennacuck waves.
She seems to have received a first, lesser boost in mid april - probably testing the waters - and then the second and great boost for late april.
I cannot see any waves in her graphs, but twitchtracker is shit and updates the data only every 1-5 minutes depending on who, iirc. For example we have seen the cheap waves with botted twitch streamers like kanae, shaka, neuro, karubi, etc. But if im not mistaken even the waving kanae gta bots do get a lot of vod views.
Other twitch streamers remain normal, with no increases like this.
It may also be that youtube cannot act to take the bots out from the live ccv, but still identifies and removes the wave and parabole bot >views on verification stage, while twitch has no protections against bots at all. Yes twitch still pays adrev, but its shit and im sure its less than what the bots cost.
Thats all i got for now, ifrom a quick look i couldnt find other twitch streamers numbers behaving like that, but i do not check that many at the first place. If you want, just pick some and check it from the twitchtracker main page if you find any other with that big boost on that default first page graph of monthly avgs.
