>>79294901As others have said, it's the voice. I mean consider what the job of being a streamer is. You talk to chat while playing games. You talk to chat while watching movies. You talk to chat in zatsudan where that is basically all you do. You sing sometimes. It is constant use of your voice, and having a good or bad one is going to massively swing your success.
The good news is it's not all doom and gloom, other streamers have debuted with voice issues that got better over time. She's never going to be able to completely improve it to the level of the top holos, but she can mitigate this weakness with a better microphone and audio set-up, less nervousness, or even a bit of speech therapy and vocal training if she really wants to invest the time. Furthermore, while I was really hard on her voice at the start, I've already managed to get used to it to a degree so that, while I don't LOVE it, it doesn't bother me all that much. She has a lot of other strengths. None of them are exactly 10 out of 10 yet but she's got solid potential. Debut week is rough for most, let her get comfortable with chat, find her groove, develop her entertainer skills some more (and they're not bad to start with), she'll be alright.
Design-wise, I think she might have one of the cutest faces in hololive, even going up against Gura and Biboo, it's actually unreal how cute she is with the hood off, so she needs to make using the hood a rarity just like Gura did and let that shine.
