There are plenty of Vtubers who have dedicated, schizophrenic antis (just don't watch her you gossiping retard) but how loudly people claim to hate someone is misleading since it's easy for a small gaggle of dedicated autists to come off like a significant crowd.
Now Coco had that too but in addition virtually every chinaman who knows and cares about Vtubers decided they hate her guts for not falling in line with their party's glorious policy of "maybe if we pretend Taiwan's not there it'll go away on its own".
There are a lot of Chinks and most of them are pretty patriotic, to put it politely.
To put it less politely there are few peoples so autistically loyal to their country they'll start frothing at the mouth and swear revenge on the devious gweilos for getting away with things that would deduct their social scores and get them sent to a "reeducation" camp.
If you've ever seen a video of a dog attacking someone because that someone attacked (or pretended to attack) their owner than Chinese people are not too dissimilar to that dog when someone hurts the feelings of their glorious chairman.
