You get -1 point for a Remove vote
You get -0.33 point for a Don't Care vote

These were added together and any player that fell below 0 has been cut. This roster is a highly competitive one, perhaps the most competitive in the entire 4CC. As such, players that a significant number of people are apathetic to probably can't keep their roster spot forever, sorry.
