As your post said, a lot of Polka's OLD content was great, but she had some good moments in GTA which made a few people remember her. Fuwamoco had a lackluster presence in ENReco and generally was gaining global dislike on /vt/ for their dishonesty, but they had some great moments in GTA with their doctor. Kanade has been mostly ignored like all members of RE_GLOSS, but she also had a lot of spotlight during GTA, although mostly thanks to Subaru, which would be considered leeching depending on who you asked.
Anyway, the point is GTA provided temporary spotlights, but now that it's over it ended up not really changing much.
