Doing so does not require bringing the girls to Japan, it may be easier to send some people out to them to set it up for the stream.

That is one of their basic duties but the more advanced ones get sent to fight threats that pose risk to the safety of the civilized Underworld, the Overworld, and any others. Like Mori is high enough in rank that she's gone to other dimensions.
