cow poop does have a pungent smell since they only eat grass compared to how smelly other farm animal poops are.
it's pleasant to the point it makes us who grew up in a farm to feel nastalgic whenever we feel that smell so it's kinda special, Gura admiting to like it just means that she misses her old house.
