Bae benefits immensely from not feeling like she has to play up to a certain character/image for her audience or like she has to "perform." The fact that the incessant screaming and over the top reactions pretty much disappear any time she's on VC when not streaming herself illustrates this perfectly.
In the case of Kronii, she just needs to learn how to bring out those sides of her more often when solo and alone with chat. In the case of rrat, she needs to chill on trying to match up to her Chaos billing and just be her regular self.
