Hmm, I think if I wanted to prodecurally generate dynamic clouds I would either use a 2D procedural texture applied on a sphere, and maybe have a couple of those layered to have a depth effect, or perhaps use a volumetric effect. I don't think there's functionality geonodes would provide here that those more efficient solutions wouldn't. Making the clouds spin is really easy and would look nice though! I'll try that on the next render with the latest map.
